Tuttofood is a young fair – it’s at its fourth edition – but which- in comparison with the other competitive European and much more consolidated fairs ( Anuga, Sial, Alimentaria, IFE)- is fastly absorbing the elements proposed by a market in continuous evolution. Tuttofood is an important promotional vitrine and it is absolutely worth while taking part. Moreover this 2013 edition is the one which bridges towards Expo 2015; nowadays the exhibitors are over two thousand, in two years, for sure, there will be a greater demand for booths and promotional surfaces. Therefore “ Romagna Alimentare” has decided to be present in order to give all possibilities to its member companies to present their productions and in particular their new items destined to Horeca, GDO and Food Service. We understand that today the future of our companies passes through the capability of growing abroad. For this reason our Consortium will focus in particular on meetings with foreign buyers: B2Bs and B2Cs with international customers are already scheduled, we are planning to meet importers from China, India, Brazil, Russia and possibly also from Turkey. For the purpose we have divided our presence into three pavilions: you will find multi -products and raw materials in hall 13 booths C12 C14 – confectionery in hall 15 booths G27 H30 – charcuterie in hall 22 booth P29. In HALL 13 at BOOTH C14 we are going to welcome buyers, our operators, journalists. Very shortly also Serbia will be a target country and our Consortium will dedicate a particular attention to this market in order to develop interesting cooperations. Really a committing plan for the new Board of Directors recently elected for a three year term: Mr. Primo Bucchi, Chairman – Mr. Paolo Scarpellini, Vice-President and the Directors Mr. Luigi Emiliani, Mr. Raffaele Bassini and Mr. Giovanni Rotondi. Under their guide, “ Romagna Alimentare” is going to be shortly transformed from export Consortium into Consortium for internationalization, that is to say stronger associationism and cooperation to export “ Food from Romagna” worldwide.
